Description
Searching for an object that radiates calm and purity? This vase pairs minimalist form with a rugged, matte, stone-like texture while remaining surprisingly lightweight. Its soft, organic silhouette contrasts with a raw finish, adding a warm, earthy accent to any interior—more art than mere accessory.
At its core is our ecomix: a sustainable blend of recycled newspapers, chalk powder, and natural tree resin. Sheets of pulped news are mixed with chalk and resin, hammered into boards and pressed in plaster molds that are used only 10–12 times—so each piece is limited. After air-drying for days and a protective sealer, the result is a beautiful, eco-conscious vase born of natural materials and skilled handcraft.
Care: the vase is not watertight. Use it as a decorative object with dried flowers or branches. Maintain the matte finish by dusting with a dry, soft cloth or duster; avoid moisture and direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.
Imagine a cloudy afternoon, candles lit, and this vase on your sideboard filled with dried umbels or neutral grasses—its sandy hue either standing out against darker surfaces or blending into a minimalist, Scandinavian corner. Perfect for creating a quiet still life with raw wood or a simple stone.
