The Aurora Puff Pendant XL is a 102 cm-wide handwoven rattan pendant lamp, serving as both illumination and sculptural centrepiece. Its expansive, airy silhouette casts a soft, diffused glow ideal for large dining rooms, open-plan living areas and high-ceiling studios. Handcrafted in Indonesia in a natural finish, each lamp bears subtle variations in weave and tension, ensuring every piece is unique. Durable yet lightweight, it complements bohemian, coastal and contemporary interiors.

Refund & Returns Policy
We strive for complete satisfaction but maintain specific protocols for returns, damages, and refunds.

Returns

Standard: Return within 7 calendar days in new, unused condition with original packaging and delivery note. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

EU Cooling-off Period: EU customers benefit from a 14-day window to return items for any reason.

Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Minor variations inherent to handmade or natural products do not qualify as defects.

Damages

Please inspect orders immediately upon arrival.

Report defects, damage, or incorrect items within 3 days to support@roomifyeurope.cloud.

Required: Include photos of the shipping box (with label), inner packaging, and damaged items. Pallet shipments must be returned on their original pallets.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
