Please note Suar wood exhibits natural variation in tone, colour and pattern; as a living material it may develop knots or hairline cracks as it expands and contracts. We pre‑dry and seal each piece, but residual moisture can surface over time. Annual treatment with a protective oil is recommended to preserve and revive the colour.

Returns

Standard: Return within 7 calendar days in new, unused condition with original packaging and delivery note. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

EU Cooling-off Period: EU customers benefit from a 14-day window to return items for any reason.

Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Minor variations inherent to handmade or natural products do not qualify as defects.

Damages

Please inspect orders immediately upon arrival.

Required: Include photos of the shipping box (with label), inner packaging, and damaged items. Pallet shipments must be returned on their original pallets.

Refunds
