Description

The Totem Floor Lamp combines sculptural presence with considered craftsmanship. Its cylindrical base in papier‑mâché exposes organic textures for a grounded yet refined aesthetic. The tall shade emits a soft, diffused glow that transforms interiors into welcoming, atmospheric spaces—ideal beside a reading chair, in an entrance hall or layered within a living room. Each lamp is handcrafted in India; subtle variations in tone, texture and contour are inherent, affirming authenticity so no two pieces are identical. Colour: Mud. Materials: papier‑mâché.

Refund & Returns Policy
We strive for complete satisfaction but maintain specific protocols for returns, damages, and refunds.

Returns

Standard: Return within 7 calendar days in new, unused condition with original packaging and delivery note. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

EU Cooling-off Period: EU customers benefit from a 14-day window to return items for any reason.

Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Minor variations inherent to handmade or natural products do not qualify as defects.

Damages

Please inspect orders immediately upon arrival.

Report defects, damage, or incorrect items within 3 days to support@roomifyeurope.cloud.

Required: Include photos of the shipping box (with label), inner packaging, and damaged items. Pallet shipments must be returned on their original pallets.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
