Description

Handmade from natural suar wood with a trapezoid base, this solid stool is sturdy enough for years of use and doubles as a side table. Each piece is unique—tone, color and grain vary, and natural knots or fine cracks can appear as the wood expands and contracts. We dry and coat items before shipping, but internal moisture can surface over time. Apply a protective oil annually to preserve color and finish.

Refund & Returns Policy
We strive for complete satisfaction but maintain specific protocols for returns, damages, and refunds.

Returns

Standard: Return within 7 calendar days in new, unused condition with original packaging and delivery note. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

EU Cooling-off Period: EU customers benefit from a 14-day window to return items for any reason.

Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Minor variations inherent to handmade or natural products do not qualify as defects.

Damages

Please inspect orders immediately upon arrival.

Report defects, damage, or incorrect items within 3 days to support@roomifyeurope.cloud.

Required: Include photos of the shipping box (with label), inner packaging, and damaged items. Pallet shipments must be returned on their original pallets.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
