Description

Mazu Stool — handcrafted from Indonesian suar wood with a contemporary stepped‑ring silhouette and a fine, durable finish. Use it as a stool or compact side table; place it front and center to show off its natural charm. Each piece varies in tone, color and grain; suar is a living wood that may develop knots or hairline cracks as it expands and contracts. Items are dried and coated before shipping, but internal moisture can surface over time. Treat annually with a protective oil to revive and preserve the color.

Refund & Returns Policy
We strive for complete satisfaction but maintain specific protocols for returns, damages, and refunds.

Returns

Standard: Return within 7 calendar days in new, unused condition with original packaging and delivery note. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

EU Cooling-off Period: EU customers benefit from a 14-day window to return items for any reason.

Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Minor variations inherent to handmade or natural products do not qualify as defects.

Damages

Please inspect orders immediately upon arrival.

Report defects, damage, or incorrect items within 3 days to support@roomifyeurope.cloud.

Required: Include photos of the shipping box (with label), inner packaging, and damaged items. Pallet shipments must be returned on their original pallets.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
