Shipping & Delivery
Inspection of Goods: You are required to inspect your order for any shortages or damages within 7 working days of actual delivery.
Delivery Obligations: Roomify is only obligated to deliver orders that meet the applicable minimum order value for your country or as stated in your order confirmation. Please note that a minimum order value of €1,500 (excluding VAT) applies.
Receipt of Delivery: You are obligated to take delivery of the goods when they arrive. If you refuse delivery or fail to provide necessary instructions, the goods will be stored at your risk and you will be responsible for any associated storage costs.
Returns
Damaged or incomplete items will only be accepted for return or potential replacement if they are returned in their original packaging.
