Robustly constructed for enduring use, its simple, refined design suits warm, neutral schemes—especially coastal or boho interiors that evoke a breezy summer ambience. As each piece is handmade from natural materials, slight variations in colour, texture or small imperfections may occur, enhancing its unique character. Colour: natural. Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

Standard: Return within 7 calendar days in new, unused condition with original packaging and delivery note. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

EU Cooling-off Period: EU customers benefit from a 14-day window to return items for any reason.

Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Minor variations inherent to handmade or natural products do not qualify as defects.

Damages

Please inspect orders immediately upon arrival.

Report defects, damage, or incorrect items within 3 days to support@roomifyeurope.cloud.

Required: Include photos of the shipping box (with label), inner packaging, and damaged items. Pallet shipments must be returned on their original pallets.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
