Description

The Warmi stool makes a strong, bold statement in any interior. Equally functional as a stool or side table, its futuristic profile and clean lines are crafted from black-coated suar wood for durability and an authentic natural appearance. Suar wood varies in tone, colour and grain; cracks and knots may occur as the timber moves. Items are dried and sealed, but residual moisture can surface over time—annual treatment with a protective oil is recommended to revive colour. Colour: black. Dimensions: H 45 × W 40 × L 40 cm. Use: indoor and covered outdoor.

We strive for complete satisfaction but maintain specific protocols for returns, damages, and refunds.

Returns

Standard: Return within 7 calendar days in new, unused condition with original packaging and delivery note. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

EU Cooling-off Period: EU customers benefit from a 14-day window to return items for any reason.

Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Minor variations inherent to handmade or natural products do not qualify as defects.

Damages

Please inspect orders immediately upon arrival.

Required: Include photos of the shipping box (with label), inner packaging, and damaged items. Pallet shipments must be returned on their original pallets.

Refunds
