Sa teinte fumée tamise la flamme pour créer une lueur chaleureuse et propice à l’ambiance ; il s’utilise seul ou en groupe pour structurer les intérieurs au style moderne ou organique. Façonné à la main par des artisans verriers indiens, chaque modèle présente de subtiles variations de surface et de teinte, une finition polie ainsi qu’une géométrie irrégulière qui témoignent du savoir-faire artisanal. Refund & Returns Policy
We strive for complete satisfaction but maintain specific protocols for returns, damages, and refunds.

Returns

Standard: Return within 7 calendar days in new, unused condition with original packaging and delivery note. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

EU Cooling-off Period: EU customers benefit from a 14-day window to return items for any reason.

Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Minor variations inherent to handmade or natural products do not qualify as defects.

Damages

Please inspect orders immediately upon arrival.

Report defects, damage, or incorrect items within 3 days to support@roomifyeurope.cloud.

Required: Include photos of the shipping box (with label), inner packaging, and damaged items. Pallet shipments must be returned on their original pallets.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
